Application type

Hi community!

I have a question regarding the different application types.

I have a project that requires two different types of views. One is going to be a sort of admin page and works perfectly with the current web app type. The second one will act as a website and I will not need any of the sidebars and login options.

I tried a portal app type for this website view but is that the intended use or can I create a web app without any login requirements?

  Hi Alexander!

  The portal apps are using Google's reCAPTCHA to ensure security without the requirement to login using username and password. This guide will go through how to create a portal application and then how to configure reCAPTCHA for this application.

  Flowfactory does not support unauthorised access for any application type (like an open web site).

  If you don't want to use sidebars then you can go to Settings and control the menu and start workflow/view options.
