Application Settings Entity

Under System/System settings you can find which entity is used for Application Settings. For older applications it can be a custom entity but all new application (Created after 2024-04-26) it will always be ApplicationSettings.

This entity can be used for creating settings for specific app/customer settings. 

An example: you have unique contact information such as support addresses that should show up at certain times in your application. Then you can create a string property in your applicationsettings entity and use this property in workflows. You also need to create a view in your application where you can change the application settings entity properties.

It is also possible to access the settings from the GO Portal. Go to your application details in GO and then select Configure settings.
