"The portal apps are a new way of using the Flowfactory platform without needing every user to log in, and using Google's reCAPTCHA to ensure security. This guide will go through how to create a portal application and then how to configure reCAPTCHA for this application.
Prerequisites:
Google account
A Flowfactory account
Create the portal application
Step 1: To create the portal application, you first need to open Flowfactory and then click the "New project" button.
Step 2: In the dialog that appears, choose the orange portal option.
Step 3: Name your application and click "Create project".
Now that you have created the project, we will need to configure the reCAPTCHA that will be used. Flowfactory utilizes Google's reCAPTCHA v3, so to configure that, go to the Google reCAPTCHA admin dashboard while being logged into the Google account you want to use as the admin account
Step 4: On the dashboard, you will need to input some information. Use the picture below as a guide, then click "Create".
Step 5: You have now created the reCAPTCHA connection, but to utilize it within Flowfactory, you will need to copy the site key and site secret.
Step 6: On go.flowfactory, open the details page for your application. If you already have a deployed application or test instance you want to give a CAPTCHA, you can ignore the following steps and go directly to step 9.
Step 7: Create a new version of your application.
Step 8: Go to the test application tab and create a new test instance.
Step 9: Click on the new test instance.
Step 10: Populate the field "Sub domain" with the same string that you used on the Google reCAPTCHA page. Add the site key and secret given to you by Google to their respective fields, then add the email to the demo user. It's important to know that the default user does not need to log in, but they will use the default user account. So, do not use an admin account or similar for this. Utilize a dedicated email for this account that will only be used as the default user."
